What are your working hours?
Our completely flexible approach means our cleaners are available when you need them. Our domestic cleaning teams are on call from 8 am to 6 pm, while our commercial kitchen and ventilation cleaners work 24/7 to suit your business.
How long are your cleaning contracts?
We clean as frequently or infrequently as you require. Some of our clients have on-going contracts for daily cleaning services, while others require one-off deep cleaning at a time that suits them.
Are you insured?
We have a comprehensive insurance policy in place that covers public liability for up to £10 million and employer’s liability for up to £10 million.
Can we have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. For regular bookings, we try to ensure the same cleaning staff are made available to help build a sense of trust, rapport and continuity between our clients and cleaners.
Do your staff receive training?
Yes. All of our staff receive training and qualifications relevant to their areas of expertise, as well as general training including customer service and health and safety training.
Do you supply your own cleaning equipment?
Yes. No matter which service you require, we can provide all the equipment and cleaning solutions needed from start to finish.
