J & I Have Been Nominated For An Award!
J & I are delighted to share the news that we have been nominated for the Alan McArthur Unsung Hero Award, as part of the Safety & Health Excellence Awards 2023 (SHE Awards). This is a prestigious event that everybody within the industry has heard about and hopes to attend, as it truly represents the highest levels of achievement and innovation within our industry.
We’ve worked incredibly hard to offer the very best services to our customers, and to continually improve our standards and procedures so that we’re maintaining excellence without compromise. To receive an award shortlisting that recognises our efforts is an incredible achievement, and a real motivator to continue working hard everyday to do our very best.
The Safety & Excellence Awards 2023
The SHE Awards will be a glitzy event where we can step out of our cleaning uniforms and into our gladrags to celebrate alongside 550 other people who are involved in the safety and health industry. The various awards at the SHE Awards span across 16 various different categories and include:

There were over 220 entries, and we’re so proud to be shortlisted despite that record number of submissions. It’s a real achievement to have reached the shortlist in this award, and J & I couldn’t be prouder.
A Night To Remember
To find out if we have won, and to celebrate the occasion with other entrants and key members of the health and safety industry in the UK, we’ll be attending the awards at a gala dinner in the 26th of April at the Vox, Resorts World at the NEC in Birmingham, hosted by none other than TV celebrity Tess Daly!
We’ll also be treated to a comedy set from Alasdair Becket-King, who has appeared on Mock The Week, BBC Radio 4 Extra, has appeared at Glastonbury, and won awards for his comedy.
As if all that wasn’t enough, we will also enjoy a VIP drinks reception, yummy three course meal with wine at the table, magicians, live music, faux casino games and there is even a dance floor – where the J & I team may or may not throw a few shapes..
